Dear Divers,
My name is Alf Jakobsson and I would like to welcome you to Dive sabang!
I am a Swedish citizen diving permanently in Sabang waters since 1998. I became a PADI Scuba diver in 1981. Now a master scuba dive trainer instructor with thousands dives here in Puerto Galera and Verde Island.
We will start your preferred PADI dive course any time you'd like and we will give you it all at a very reasonable price.
I am also the owner of the Dream Hill Condominium, a very nice place to be during your stay here. I speak Swedish, English, and Spanish.

We dive from Sabang Beach Club dive shop
Perfectly located on the beach near the boat landing area for the boats to/from Batangas pier.
A newly renovated modern dive shop with friendly staff and 2 big speedboats.
Gear rental, classroom and training pool in Dream Hill Condominium.
A typical diving day starts by meeting in the dive shop around 9am. For those staying with us in our condominium, we're leaving together in our van.
The waiting boat will take us on two dives before lunch. Normally we start with a deeper dive followed by a shallower one.
We'll eat lunch in Sabang or arrange a bbq on the beach.
For those who wish three dives in the same day, there will be time for that after lunch before we will head back home for a cold beer watching the sunset.
How to get here
In order to get here you use a land transportation south bound of your choice from Manila to Batangas pier. From there you take a boat to Sabang Beach.
If you let us arrange for you, the time traveling from airport to us is normally 2-3 hours, no matter what time you arrive.
Using local transportation are fine as well as cheaper, but will take some additional time.
Last boat departing Batangas is normally 4.30 pm. There are, as well, smaller aircrafts able to land in front of the beach for those who would prefer.

About Sabang
Welcome to the paradise and Puerto Galera!
Awarded as “One of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World” by UNESCO and ranked as the richest site of marine life in the world by an American research team.
Sabang Beach is located on the northern side of Oriental Mindoro. The local municipality is called Puerto Galera. (Port of Galleons in Spanish).
The landscape is absolutely beautiful. So much so that it may take your breath away when entering the area of Puerto Galera. Today a safe port for leisure yachts and dive boats. Previously a safe port and shipyard for the Spanish Galleons.
The great majority of tourists coming here are looking for a great scuba diving experience, that the area is world famous for.
We will, as well, try to engage you in a game of golf, trekking on the beaches or mountains, sailing smaller crafts or visiting waterfalls and beaches.
How about a BBQ on one of the many beautiful secluded beaches of Mindoro with or without diving?
Sabang beach itself, offers you a blend of restaurants, bars, discos, tourist facilities and shopping, Asian style!
Very few, if any other dive destinations, can offer you the day and night time experiences that Sabang does. For example we have Swedish, English, French, German, Italian, Thai, and other Asian and local style restaurants.
Night life offers you many different bars, cafe’s and discos that close late or do not close at all. Amazingly enough, it’s still very inexpensive and price worthy. It’s not overexploited like many other dive destinations. Average cost of a beer is only 1 USD and with the price of a good meal in one of Sabang's many fine restaurants averaging only 4-5 USD.
